Many women, wanting to look fresher and younger than their age, take very good care of their face. At the same time, they forget that the state of the skin on the neck and décolleté will say a lot more about their age than the face if you leave these wonderful and alluring details of the female body without attention. So it's very important to start tracking them at the same time you do your facial. If a woman, taking care of her face, does not forget the neck and cleavage, then the process of her withering is postponed.
Rejuvenating the neck after 40 years
How to keep your neck beautiful in adulthood? If you think it's expensive then it's not the case.
The usual products and products that all housewives have in the kitchen are suitable for combating skin aging. Properly applied, we can use them to carry out the necessary anti-aging procedures: cleaning, masks or wrapping.
Neck Rejuvenation - Procedures
The first and most important procedure is peeling. It is suitable for rejuvenating the skin on the face and neck. This action will remove dead cells from the top layer of skin.
You can peel it easily at home.
Surely you have salt, soda, oatmeal (you can make it yourself by cutting oat flakes in a blender) and kefir.
Take a large scoop of ingredients and mix everything together. For dry skin, you can add any unrefined vegetable oil. Using a soft-bristled brush, massage your face, neck and décolleté with gentle circular motions for 2-3 minutes. Then wash the mixture and apply a nourishing cream.
Neck rejuvenation at home can be done with a chemical peel.
Rub half a lemon on the neck and décolleté until a slight redness appears. Keep the lemon juice on the skin for a maximum of 15 minutes, then rinse and lubricate the polished areas with a nourishing cream.
Use a blender to make the mixture with the berries by hand. It is best to choose berries that contain a lot of acid, as it dissolves the keratinized cells in the upper layer of the skin well. Apply the porridge in the areas to be treated and do the household chores. After 20 minutes, wash the berry mass and apply any of the masks provided in the next chapter to the already treated skin.
If you have skin sores, irritation or allergies to the components of the homemade peeling, you will not be able to do the procedure.
After cleansing, when the skin's pores have opened and she is breathing, you need to "feed" her. This is done with homemade masks. It won't hurt to lie down and relax with nice soft music.
home masks
- Dilute 30 g of fresh yeast (can be replaced by 1 dry sachet) in 60 ml of water, add half a small spoon of oil. Mix everything and let it sit for 5 minutes. Apply mask in 4 layers: apply each next layer over the previous dry coat.
- Pour 25 g of oatmeal with 120 ml of hot water and let it cool until warm. Apply to skin and cover with parchment. Insulate the mask over the top with a towel.
- In equal proportions, mix the honey with the flaxseed flour, pour in slightly heated water, add the oil.
- Egg, 50 g of cottage cheese, 10 ml of aloe juice, 50 g of sour cream.
Spread honey around neck and décolleté and hold until slightly reddened (for up to 10 minutes) and then rinse. After this mask, you will never get tired of admiring the renewed and transformed skin.
neck wrap
If you want your neck to be smooth, it wouldn't hurt to do this procedure twice a week (preferably every other day).
Heat the linseed (or olive) oil to 40 degrees and apply with a brush to problem areas, cover with a cloth, and set in a manner convenient for you. Leave this type of compress until morning. Overnight, all the oil will be absorbed through the skin and nothing will need to be washed off.
5 g of glycerin, the same amount of oil and some boiled potatoes. Mash potatoes with butter and glycerin. Place on neckline and collar, cover with a napkin and store for half an hour. Then wash it off.
Neck laser rejuvenation
The skin cleansing peeling method takes place in three steps. First, a special agent is applied to the skin, which supplies the skin with nutrients, preparing it for subsequent laser exposure.
In the next stage, the cosmetologist directs a laser beam to the problem area of the skin.
The length of the beam and the duration of your work depend on the problem and the condition of the epidermis and are determined by the doctor. The method of pain relief is determined depending on the type of skin cleansing. If the peeling procedure is performed at a superficial or medium level, then local anesthetics are used and, at a deep level, general anesthesia is performed.
In the final phase, after completing all procedures, the skin is covered with a special paste that promotes the restoration of the subcutaneous tissue and rapid skin healing.
At every step of the procedure, the patient is under the watchful supervision of a physician. The operation of the equipment is also under the strict supervision of a specialist who defines the necessary parameters in the laser device: beam length and exposure time. Therefore, unforeseen events are excluded. The duration of laser peeling depends on the patient's skin condition and individual characteristics.
How a laser beam works
A laser beam aimed at an area of the skin burns its top layer, thus eliminating the defects. In addition, lightning causes neighboring cells to regenerate and multiply quickly.
On the one hand, the laser burns distorted and irregular cells, on the other hand, it restores and makes neighboring ones work better.
This reaction of cells to the laser stimulates the spontaneous production of collagen, responsible for the skin's elasticity.
Another important positive feature of a laser beam is its ability to neutralize microbes. It destroys the skin's pathogenic flora and disinfects it immediately.
